RETURNS
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason — it doesn't fit, 
it slips, it's uncomfortable, or it simply isn't right for you — contact us within 60 
days of your purchase date for a full refund.

To start a return, email us at hello@mykneecare.com with your order number and reason 
for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions.

CONDITIONS
Items must be returned in original or reasonable condition. We do not require the 
product to be unused — we want you to actually try it. If it doesn't work for you, 
we'll make it right.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and confirmed, your refund will be processed to your 
original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
