Shipping Policy

FREE US SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. No minimum 
order required.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number 
by email as soon as your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard US delivery: 7–12 business days after dispatch.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can 
also track your order at any time by visiting our Track My Order page.

DELAYS
Occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes or carrier disruptions. 
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of your ship date, contact 
us at hello@mykneecare.com and we'll investigate immediately.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time we ship to the United States only.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at 
hello@mykneecare.com within 30 days of your expected delivery date. We'll 
reship or refund — no questions asked.
